Cancellation, return and refund
If you cancel your order before it ships, we'll issue a full refund.
If we've already processed your order when you cancel, you'll need to wait for it to arrive and send it back to us. Once we have received it back, we will refund you.

We guarantee to refund or exchange unwanted items (you will have to pay the difference if your exchange is more expensive). Items must be in perfect condition and arrive at our warehouse within 21 days of receipt. When returning non-defective items, you are responsible for all shipping charges and costs. Please contact our customer service to begin your return.
We understand your disappointment. So you don't have to worry - we'll take care of everything. Simply contact our customer service team. You will need to return the defective item (we pay the shipping costs!). Upon receipt, we will issue a full refund or send you a replacement free of charge.
In your shopping cart, you will find a small "Ordering Instructions" tab next to your items. In this space you can add a gift message. We will print it and include it in your package. It's a great way to personalize a special gift. The invoice will not be attached to your package.
Yes. Below the items in your shopping cart is a button for "Add a gift package for €2.95". Our packing team will make sure your purchase is beautifully wrapped and ready to delight the people you love.
