Withdrawal period:
If you were not satisfied with an item, you have 14 days from the delivery date to return it. It must be returned in good condition (i.e. not used, worn, washed or damaged), in its original packaging and accompanied by the corresponding invoice. Items should be returned to the following address:

To enable us to serve you better, please let us know the reasons for the return. Unless O.J is mistaken, the return costs are your responsibility. The flat-rate participation in the processing and initial transport of the order is not refundable. For free shipments, processing fees following a return will be deducted from your refund. No cash on delivery will be accepted, whatever the reason.
Refund:
If the item is returned to us in good condition and in its original packaging, we will refund the returned items within 1 month of receiving your return package. If your return is not accepted, we will resend the item(s) to you at no additional cost.
Order tracking:
After receipt of your payment, we will ship your order, notifying you by email of its dispatch.
Reshipping costs:
NPAI, unclaimed, refused or incomplete address are the responsibility of the customer.
