A Kabbalist Grand Rabbi - Rabbi Nehonia, wrote the Ana Bekoach Prayer ( אָנָּא בְּכֹח ) during the first century CE. The prayer was written according to the seventy names of God? a term related to Abraham. The Ana Bekoach prayer is made up of seven lines containing six words each. By retaining the first letter of each word, the 42-letter name is created.

The Sages who received the deepest tradition, say that this prayer of 42 names contains multiple secrets and great power that allows man to rise.

Please, by the power of Your right hand, loosen the bonds:
Accept the prayer songs of Your people, lift us up, purify us, O Almighty:
Please, hero, guard Your peerless worshipers with love:
Bless them, purify them with Your just bounty, always reward:
Immune, proud, rule Your people with good will:
Unique, proud, address Your people who remember Your Holiness:
Accept our complaint, and hear our cry, You who know the fates:
Blessed be the honor of His Kingdom forever.
This prayer has 42 letters and is, in fact, based on the 42 Letter Name which is supposed to be invoked when reciting the Ana Berokha.

The power of the name of God and its 42 hidden LETTERS

A great Cabalist Rabbi - Rabbi Nehonia, wrote the Ana Becoach Prayer in the first century AD. The prayer was written in the seventy names of God -- a term related to Abraham. The Ana Becoah prayer is made up of seven lines containing six words each. By retaining the first letter of each word, the 42-letter name is created.

The Ana Bekoach combination is hidden in the first 42 letters of the book of Genesis (from the word BERESHIT to the word VAVOHOO). The letters are translated using a secret cabalistic calculation.

The Ana Bekoach prayer is held in high esteem by spiritual adepts and cabalists who know the great influence contained in this 42-letter combination.

Cabalists use the Ana Bekoach prayer for protection, healing and balance.
