Song of degrees. I raise my eyes towards the mountains, to see where my help will come from.
My help comes from Hashem, who made heaven and earth.
He will not allow your foot to falter, he who guards you will not fall asleep.
Certainly not, he neither sleeps nor slumbers, he who is the guardian of Israel.
It is Hashem who guards you, Hashem who is at your right as your tutelary shadow.
By day the sun will not reach you, nor the moon by night.

׃עֶזְרִי מֵעִם יְהוָה עֹשֵׂה שָׁמַיִם וָאָרֶץ׃
